How to use coupon codes and check the conditions

A useful coupon starts with the right store, market and product. The biggest advertised percentage does not always give the lowest final total. Compare the amount you will pay after delivery, taxes and any discount cap.
Apply a checkout code
Choose your market on our coupon page and open the offer. Check the exact product and variant, then copy its code. Paste it in the store’s promo-code field before confirming payment. Check that the order summary shows the expected reduction; copying a code alone does not apply it. Keep the offer conditions available while comparing the final total.
Why a code may not work
An offer may require a minimum spend, a first order, a specific product or an eligible destination. Some codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Check spelling and extra spaces, the current date, and the currency used for the minimum. For example, our listed Hey Happiness offer specifies EUR 29 minimum; confirm the equivalent requirement in your checkout currency. If the store rejects a code, read its message rather than assuming the advertised percentage applies to every item.
SHEIN search codes are different
A campaign search code opens a collection in the SHEIN app. Enter it in search, not in the checkout coupon field. A campaign may include a separate new-user coupon subject to its own terms. “Up to” describes a maximum across eligible items, not a guaranteed reduction on every item. Our campaign affiliate eligibility covers Canada and USA; that does not establish identical consumer discounts in both markets.
